Pakistan Stands United in Supporting Palestine, Says PM During Meeting
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with a delegation from the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) today, which included prominent members such as Syed Naveed Qamar, Member of National Assembly, and Sharjeel Inam Memon, Sindh Provincial Minister. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar and Attaullah Tarar.
During the meeting, key national and political issues were discussed. Special appreciation was expressed for the role of President Asif Ali Zardari in the All Parties Conference (APC) held the previous day, particularly for his contributions towards strengthening democracy in Pakistan.
A major topic of discussion was the formation of a joint working group to provide aid to Palestinians. The delegation emphasized that the participation of all political parties in the APC for Palestinian aid is a positive and unified step forward.
It was affirmed during the meeting that the Pakistani nation stands together in supporting their Palestinian brothers and sisters, who continue to suffer under Israeli oppression. The gathering highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to humanitarian assistance and solidarity with Palestine during these trying times.
