India recorded its third-lowest total ever during the first Test against New Zealand at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

India was bowled out for 46 in the first innings.
After opting to bat, India lost its first three wickets for 10 runs before it found itself struggling at 34 for six at the end of the first session.
Virat Kohli, Sarfaraz Khan, Ravindra Jadeja, KL Rahul and R Ashwin were dismissed for ducks.
India lost its remaining four wickets inside the first 30 minutes of the second session
