Balochistan Government Launches Operation Against Opium and Cannabis Cultivation in Chaman
Under special instructions from the Balochistan government, the Chaman district administration, in collaboration with relevant agencies, has destroyed opium and cannabis crops in various areas of the district.

Deputy Commissioner of Chaman, Habibullah Bangalzai, while speaking to the media, stated that a grand joint operation has been launched with the Levies Force, Anti-Narcotics, FC, and Police to target the cultivation of opium and cannabis in Chaman.
So far, crops spread over 10 acres of land have been destroyed. This grand operation will continue for three more days in remote areas of Chaman, and an operation against drug traffickers will also be initiated soon.
