Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti Addresses Khuzdar Jirga, Promises Support for Educated Youth and Condemns Violence
A jirga was held in Khuzdar district, Balochistan, where Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, Balochistan Corps Commander, local tribal leaders, senior civil and military officials, women, and local residents participated in large numbers. On this occasion, Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, announced interest-free loans for educated unemployed youth to start businesses.
While addressing the jirga, the Chief Minister said, “We are providing higher education opportunities to the students of Balochistan both domestically and internationally, and no one will be allowed to hinder the path of peace and development in Balochistan.”
He further condemned the killing of innocent laborers in the province, calling it a tragic act, and stated, “The state stands with the oppressed, and those challenging the state’s authority will be dealt with firmly.”
In the jirga, tribal elders thanked the law enforcement agencies and the Chief Minister of Balochistan for their efforts to maintain peace. The participants also expressed joy and confidence in the cooperation between the government and the Pakistan Armed Forces.
