On October 16, Grand Mufti of Islamabad and Chairman of the Ulama Aman Committee Pakistan, Dr. Mufti Akeel-Ur-Rehman Pirzada, witnessed the virtual signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ulama Aman Committee Pakistan/Dar Al-Ifta Islamabad, UACP/IDAI, and the Muslim Religious Board of St. Petersburg and North-West Region.
