INMOL Hosts Breast Cancer Awareness Event and Inaugurates Advanced Medical Equipment

PAEC Chairman Dr. Raja Ali Raza Anwar Inaugurates State-of-the-Art Machines at INMOL’s Breast Cancer Awareness Event

A special event was organized on Thursday by the Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Oncology Lahore (INMOL) under the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission to raise awareness about breast cancer.

During the event, the chief guest, PAEC Chairman Dr. Raja Ali Raza Anwar, emphasized the need for awareness, proper research, and strong conviction in the fight against cancer.

A highlight of the event was the presence of cancer survivors who shared their experiences, debunked myths and misconceptions related to cancer, and stressed the importance of early diagnosis of the disease.

Additionally, Chairman Ali Raza Anwar inaugurated the recently added state-of-the-art machines at INMOL Hospital, including PET CT, SPECT CT, and Digital Mammography.
