Pakistani powerlifter Nooh Butt delivered an outstanding performance at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship in South Africa, securing three gold medals and one bronze medal.
Competing in the 120-kilogram category, Nooh Butt earned the title of the new Commonwealth champion in powerlifting. He achieved a gold medal in the 120-kilogram open category, lifting a remarkable total of 860 kilograms.
In the squat category, he lifted an impressive 370 kilograms to win another gold medal. Nooh Butt further demonstrated his strength by lifting 210 kilograms in the bench press, claiming yet another gold medal. He also secured a bronze medal in the deadlift category by lifting 280 kilograms.
