The delegation included Member of the National Assembly Syed Naveed Qamar and Sindh Provincial Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar and Attaullah Tarar also attended the meeting.
The discussions revolved around significant national and political matters.
The role of President Asif Ali Zardari in the previous day’s All Parties Conference and his contributions to strengthening democracy in the country were appreciated during the meeting.
A detailed discussion also took place regarding the joint working group aimed at providing aid to Palestinians from Pakistan.
It was emphasized that the participation of all political parties in the All Parties Conference called for Palestinian aid is a positive development.
The entire Pakistani nation stands united to assist their helpless Palestinian brothers and sisters suffering from Israeli oppression and brutality, as expressed during the meeting.
